For more than 14 years, IES has helped clients navigate the ever-changing environmental compliance and permitting process.  As local, state, and federal regulations have changed and expanded over time, the planning and permitting processes have become more complicated.  In some cases, these changes have limited development opportunities causing lost land value as new or changing regulations have been implemented.  As part of our on-going effort to provide our clients with high-quality environmental services, IES has developed the Land Management Group to assist landowners and developers in managing their land assets actively to preserve value, while also minimizing future development costs and regulatory burdens.

IES can create land management plans specific to each site, develop time-sensitive risk analyses, and provide landowners and developers with a schedule to accomplish the desired remediation activities while maintaining compliance with applicable laws and ordinances.  The result of these efforts will help developers identify potential issues, understand legal ramifications, and develop strategies that help ensure a return on investment.
